- I recorded for 2.5 days of an Electrical Power Panel Build at MTS Tavler "A modern and innovative board builder in Trøndelag, Norway" with my Apple iPhone. I was visiting Norway back in May of 2019. I spent a few days recording Sondre, who at the time was a Panel Builder Apprentice and as of now is a Team Leader.

Looking from here in Brazil, we are not far behind you in Europe. High quality in this assembly, I really liked these phase distributors. I've never used one of these, it helps a lot!
Congratulations 👏 Sir love you from Poland 😊😊
Nice. It would be interesting to see the destination of the cabinet and its final test
Hi. I'm a freelance on site electrical technician from Romania that also does panel builds and swaps and I have a few tips: first: label all the wires properly , do ramp tests on the RCD's, I see the color code is not the usual European one : Br, Bl, Gy, Blue, use an inspection mirror to check the contact behind the busbar cover at the MCB rows, and do a voltage test across the poles (in/out), and where you can a 200mA Rcont test on the feeders. I appreciate leaving enough slack on the mains feeders so power analyzers can be installed properly. I did not a see a ground check between panels. Have a blessed day.
Thanks for sharing this.
It was fun recording and seeing the whole process in person and later when editing the video.
Flinker Elektriker veldig bra jobba. Hilsen fra Chile ⚡⚡⚡
Nice work!❤👍👍👍👍
Thank you. I had a great time during the build and also reliving the experience during the editing process.
Excellent work and very educational. It would be interesting to see the next steps of your process. How do you lift the finish build and trasnport it out of the work station?
Very nice videos and explanations. I have a suggestion for you guys, please use safety glasses and gloves for your safety! Cheers!
Nice job! I was looking at your arms and hands, boys. All of your arms and hands are scratched, with cuts.
I wonder what your salaries are.
I just got a new job as a production line supervisor..Building automation control panels. I'm a state certified electrician. Any suggestions on how I can improve the department? How long should a panel take to build? I start Monday. Any advice of steps I can look for to run more efficiently
When I recorded this video a few years ago it took the panel builder three days from start to finish. In Norway the work day is fixed hours with lunch and two breaks. This was a small panel build.
@@WaltervanDusen wow I could use you out here in California. From what I understand these dudes are taking more than a week to build . A panel half the size of this monster. Great work. So what are the steps you guys take. I seen schematic, material list, collect parts , assemble panel, the. Devices . Pretty straight forward. Great work
SIEMENS , ABB, SCHNEIDER all the good brand surrounding you and you choose CHNT 😐😐😐😐
