Bo
The story of Bo includes the final three plagues. The Ten Sefirot can be divided into the lower seven, which represent the human body, and the upper three, which represents the head. The body represents the manifestation of thoughts, while the head is the seed level - our thoughts, our consciousness - the potential rather than the manifestation. As the plagues represent the ascending order of the Sefirot, it is the seed level that Bo addresses; it is the most basic level of our consciousness and helps us to focus the thoughts in a proactive and positive direction.
