You know what would be cool, though I’m not sure if there’s lore to support it, is if kitt had a sound dampening mode where the outside sounds (traffic, people etc) were blocked out or quieted
that's a very interesting idea, but i don't think, there's a way to achieve that. i'll check that

I was about to ask this question until I checked the Discord, but for anyone wondering:
The verification system is there to make sure you're subscribed to the Patreon before you can play with the mod. So long as you're not subscribed there, you cannot get verified. So no, it's not a one-time payment.
I saw a 5.9.2, but I download the first 5.9, what’s the difference? It’s a update, and I must copy the same all fichier ?

Changes in v5.9.1:
New Defensive Measurements: unauthorized users, who enter KITT will be warned once and then ejected by KITT
Distance Texture Bugfix (when the player moved away from KITT, there was a texture bug after a specific distance)
Verification Server Stability updates
Scanner and Dashboard Animations are displayed during the Startup Animation again
New Sound files and comments added
S1KITT Display Background texture update (there was a slight haloing effect on the red mph background before)
Reversing Lights Super Pursuit Mode Bugfix
Super Pursuit Mode background engine sound changed to voltic

To update, you need to replace the script files including ksounds folder and the dlc packs
