5:42- I LOVE Sea Lions! I have ever since I got to meet one up close and personal at the aquarium as a little girl. 🥰 she shook my hand, played ring toss (caught the soft, blow up rings on her tail), and even gave me a kiss on the cheek goodbye before I left, so sweet. Granted, she was no where NEAR as big and intimidating as Goliath here. Lol
Experiences like that are what keeps those animals in our minds, so that we can conserve their habitat and protect them! ❤

The British museum is fabulous, seeing the Rosetta was the highlight of the museum for me.

I was there when they were building it in I believe 1989. It was under construction! We ate at the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant! It was the summer of 1989, I think! My uncle lived off base in the Air Force in Merced.

Thank you for taking me back to San Fran! That is my favorite City👍🤩 I grew up just an hour and a half from there and we would go for a day out and my husbund and I went there on our honeymoon!
When I was a kid there was a fun place called Club Disney with one of those green shadow walls! It was Peter Pan themed inside of it and we always tried to stand upside down lol.

Actually, there is one Odditorium you have left to do in North America: its in Cavendish Beach at Prince Edward Island, Canada. Also, the Ripley's Aquarium in Canada along with some Odditoriums in Mexico.
If you have not gone all ready you should go to the to the dungeon attraction that is on the wharf .

I was fortunate enough to visit the Ripley's museum in Anaheim, CA by Disneyland before it was torn down. I love this channel so much, the content brings back so many great childhood memories for me 😊

We went here when I was quite little. I was too scared after the second room, so my mom had to carry be well I cried. Now I’m sad I didn’t get to experience it, so here I am 😆
Little tidbit for ya, tehe St Johns bridge, Portland, Oregon, was built before the Golden Gate, and was the inspiration for that design. Ive crossed the St Johns many times.. I grew up in Portland.
Next door in the 90s used to be this sick wax torture museum with a man being dunked in oil outside. Now it's the Dungeon, which is cool but I miss that old scary attraction.
When I was super young it was my goal to go to every Ripleys. Glad you made it.

I've heard that there's a new Ripley's attraction being built in Wisconsin Dell in the current Wizard Quest building when Wizard Quest moves to a new building. Wizard Quest is moving into where the Chalet is/was.
Come to Blackpool UK there is a Ripleys and a waxworks plus lots more.

Also, fun fact about Bentham, they don't display his head with him anymore simply because students kept stealing it. They occasionally take it out for display, but the majority of the time it's under lock and key.
That is nothing short of miraculous that man survived in that car for 4 days!

I was gonna say visit the London one, but just googled it and it closed in 2017 and still is, they said they were looking for another place to have the museum, sadly they have not found one as of to date :(

FYI I went to the NY Ripley’s and a woman there said I was the first person she had seen in 6 years of working there that could twist my tongue right around with no help from my teeth.
Location: Fulsom Lake
Description: All dams should be anticipated to shatter, particularly in the foothills of the mountain building region of the Sierras! We have stated that salt flats, which the California valley is at base, are stable and less likely to shatter than those areas which obviously have sustained mountain building in the past. Folsom Lake is not on the flat valley floor, but in the area subject to mountain building. Folsom Lake dam will shatter, and the lake in any case be salt water. Love watching your videos, I actually use them for research purposes for my own videos sometimes. Congrats on visiting every American Ripley's Museum to! Until a year or so ago, we here in the UK, had the biggest Ripley's in the world. We only have one left now, it's in Blackpool but I'd highly recommend it.
