- This is the NHTSA NCAP frontal crash test for 2018 Nissan Armada.
NHTSA New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) Frontal Impact:
The frontal crash test evaluates injury to the head, neck, chest, and legs of the driver and front seat passenger. Crash test dummies representing an average-sized adult male and a small-sized adult female are placed in the driver and front passenger seats, respectively, and are secured with seat belts. Vehicles are crashed into a fixed barrier at 35 mph (56.3km/h), which is equivalent to a head-on collision between two similar vehicles each moving at 35 mph. 1 star is the lowest rating; 5 stars is the highest. More stars equal safer cars.
Overall Rating: 4-Star
Overall Front Star Rating: 3-Star
Front Driver Side: 3-Star
Front Passenger Side: 4-Star
Overall Side Star Rating: 5-Star
Combined Side Barrier and Pole Ratings (Front Seat): 5-Star
Combined Side Barrier and Pole Ratings (Rear Seat): 5-Star
Side Barrier Rating: 5-Star
Side Barrier (Driver): 5-Star
Side Barrier (Rear Passenger): 5-Star
Rollover Star Rating: 3-Star
The rollover rating measures the risk of rollover in a single-vehicle, loss-of-control scenario.

This isn’t the equivalent of two cars traveling at 35 mph, though. The barrier is stationary.
Cool video
WOW! Crazy it passed a 35 mph crash test into a flat wall
Crash test Crash test Well, it's not like it did great. It got 3 out of 5 stars.
IIHS should crash test this on their Small Overlap test!
Wow! I trusted that my car was safe but seeing this was reassurance that if I were to ever hit a brick wall for some reason, I'd probably survive.
Rear windshield wiper automatically turns on after a crash. Is this standard equipment or upgrade?
AKA Patrol.
yep, the proven global Nissan patrol now available to US market, thanks Nissan! :)

アルマーダがぁぁぁぁ
Nissan Armada windshield for sale. Used, good condition, no cracks. OTO.
Bought mine with a small chip and it turned into a massive crack going in multiple directions. Such a big piece of glass that it cost a fortune to replace!

This patrol not armada
It is an Armada in the U.S. where this test was conducted.
الباترول بيتغير في مواصفاتها شوية وبتنزل في امريكا باسم ارمادا لاسباب تجارية نظرا لنجاح اسم ارمادا في احدي موديلات نيسان في الماضي
Since the 2017 model year Armadas and Patrols are basically the same vehicle. The Armada lacks some of the off-road tech, has a suspension tuned more for driving on roads, and is slightly more luxurious, but it is otherwise exactly the same as a Patrol of the same model year.
@tbr2109 My Armada is the exact same as a Patrol inside. The only difference that I can note is the placement of like 5 buttons
