Sumava - Bikepacking in the Bavarian Forest

Sumava sounds a little bit like south-east Asia to us, when we first heard it. Actually it`s the Czech counterpart of the Nationalpark Bavarian Forest. We stayed there for a long weekend in the early summer to discover the beautiful cycling paths on both sides of the border on our MTBs. On a few stretches we took the well-known Iron-Curtain Trail, along the former boarder between the east and the west.
