Lawrence Klein(born April 29, 1924) lived at 217 Eddy St in S.F. in 1969. He had lived in Oakland 1964-1969. That S.F. is near the Curran Theater where Zodiac hailed a taxi driven by Paul Stein.

You TRANSLATE, you do not decode, they arent ciphers, put in google translator, you can figure it out yourselves,, you will see the errors immediately.

He used the directions of a knight on a chess board (going the same way every time) to write out his message.

Apart from the misspelling of paradise, the last 2 lines also don't sit right. As if the last word 'death' was meant to go on the end of the second last sentence to say 'i am not afraid because I know that my new life is death, life will be an easy one in paradice'

The misspelling of paradise,(paradice) is intentional. He either misspells it on purpoise, or he doesent. Either way, everytime he wrote para(d)ice he always did it like that.
Idk if anyone saw this, but his first name is William and for short will. He uses quotes from books or plays with all characters with the name of will or William. Last name might be Martin, since it links with the required 13th symbol commonly with cypher names.
It might also be grant for the last name. This is because the man with the same name was investigated had very close composites and the same car as the perpetrator. It has also been reported that grant stalked the first victim the night of at her job at the restaurant prior to their death. Also complained about I’m the remote woods and if flooding out. This can line up with the bb that is a dud because it flooded the time he wanted to carry out his plan. This can all be found in public records.
To add, grant might have been picked out to be a pushed view of the zodiac killer by the zodiac killer. Martin for the last name is more likely. It could have been a two man operation where grant did the dirty work of stalking and writing the cyphers, while zodiac or Martin did the actual killing.

The things quarantine can do-
The obvious questions are why 'paradice' is the only misspelled word in the message and why the word order in the last two lines is slightly scrambled. They could just be mistakes, but given the care and attention to the rest of the message and the method of encryption, that would seem an unlikely explanation. The views on paradise are quite specific and probably not held by many and so may be a clue as to the killer's identity.

You may have wasted your time. The 340 has bugged a lot of people for a long time. It was widely speculated that it was intentional gobbledygook with no encrypted message at all. This debunks that hypothesis very clearly.
I think it helps a lot. If the guy was so clever they can maybe narrow down the list of suspects by looking in to the Universities of the area and maybe the casinos.

It must have been exhilarating to solve the unsolved Zodiac cypher after 51 years, but that's all it is, a fun hobby. To think we will ever solve the mystery of who he is or bring justice to those he murdered in cold blood, is something we will never achieve.

Thought they were reopening the zodiac case using the same technique that caught the golden state killer.
Problem is it isn't even clear they ever had the Zodiac's DNA, inasmuch as there's no guarantee it's his DNA on the envelopes. Of course, it would be interesting and illuminating to find whose DNA *was* on the envelopes.
@@KaitainCPS 51 years old DNA is hard to find and analyze, also fingerprints would be better because we find the DNA mostly with hair, blood, boi milk, saliva and skin.
From putting paradice in a word generator it come up with EPACRID which is epacris impressa this plant is in the primrose family the zodiac sign for this flower is February.
For such complex code I can't see this spelling mistakes to be on purpose.

Paradice ? Twice misspelled? I don't know about the cipher, but those twice tiny mistakes for a puzzle so difficult it required 51 years to be solved must have meant something.

You didn't solve anything: "Did you know that he studied Orthography" That he used the Cyrillic script in the Halloween letter. Were he uses a backward (N) He was alluding to the Glagolitsa) An old Slavic alphabet. A system of writing where letters represent different sounds. Anyway, this backward N is called "eekratkayeh" "Meaning squared paper" That the "PAR" in the letter is in reference to "The Predictive Assessment of Reading (PAR): used to identify skills. enough for now
I'd have loved to have been the one to have solved that, but fifty years ago. I'd have gone on T.V and shamed him publicly about his pretentiousness and bad spelling. That'd have made him real mad.
But he had all these misspellings in his other letters and cards, and in the 408 cipher.

We do not know. He was in the middle east for 10 years starting 74. The Zodiac "experts" are worthless. He could have kept killing there, I know he stopped in 85 though, that is when he returned to Riverside and bought a house.
I would look for another cypher hidden within the decoded original.

Assuming he's still alive. Based on his mugshot he looks 30+. Killings were 1968-early 70's. So that would make him over 80 now.
