It's weird that CZcams gave you so much trouble uploading this. The shield throw looked painful, but this was pretty tame for a HJ vid.

A piece of equipment i have personal experience in using for self defense is a helmet, so how about looking at how different types of helmets do as blunt weapons for self defense?
