That's the thing, the songs do not feel like they aim to be something "special". Which makes his songs more relatable to us, ordinary people. IMO The songs feel humble and normal. Like a usual day with nothing significant happening, sun rises, sun sets, we live the day, we sleep, we let the day pass.
