Hi Eli,could I use all capital letter in writing?
It's a good idea to write all your Reading and Listening answers in capitals, so it is clear for the examiner. However, in the Writing test, it is very important to write Task 1 and Task 2 with correct capitalisation, as punctuation is marked as part of the Grammatical Range and Accuracy criteria.

today was my speaking test and i want to ask you something.
as my test started i was doing good i was calm and confident and i was giving detailed answers but the examiner was interrupting me while answering. my answer was not finished and she was asking a second one. that happened in first two parts and in third i lost my confidence and became confused. she was asking rapidly. is this normal to interrupt student when he/she is still answering a question?
as far as i have watched videos all the examiners were patient listeners. she was not rude but neither a listener. and i thing she took my test for 8-10 mints
Actually, that sounds rather strange. It's common to get interrupted in Part 1- especially in the first 3 questions (if you give long answers). However, your test should be between 11 and 14 minutes (especially if you spoke for two minutes in Part 2)

If it is agree or disagree will you write all? Or you choose one either agree or disagree?
It depends on what band you're aiming for. For Task Achievement, you definitely need to identify your position, stating whether you agree or disagree and make that clear throughout your essay. For a higher band in Task Achievement (7+), you should also address some counterarguments to answer the question fully. The writing standards in IELTS test are ridiculously high; even native English speakers can not achieve high scores, so how am I suppose to score 7 and more band?
