- Its been a full year since first coming to Johannesburg, and now I am back in Joburg! This now makes my THIRD time in South Africa, and I become more excited each time! You should also try Luanda, Angola and Gaborone, Botswana they both safe countries for LQBTQI visitors as well, and there's a vibe that's unmatched in both countries

I hear that comment a lot from my friends from America as well and other parts of the world a lot, they all keep talking about how they just keep coming back, and being here somehow just makes sense for them.
I love love your vibe and the vibe of this video. Thank you for showing Africa the continent as a place where black LGBT ppl can visit and explore solo. You're definitely inspiring me to do the same!
But remember a lot of Africa is conservative and not too welcoming and open to the LGBTQ community. So a country like South Africa is literally a drop in an ocean when it comes to the acceptance of the community in the continent.
