I understand you want to hype up your cool build idea in the beginning but some of the information you give there is dishonest and at worst false (dps comparison against dummy, when you rule out one as trash, it's so super exaggerated). Cool vid tho, was really entertaining to watch!
What's the issue? Skill buff gives att speed. No buff and standard att gets slower to 6 crit hit. The concept is there.

The whole point of PA is to stack the ulti on creeps and thow a dagger on a support from blur, one-shotting him starting the fight 4v5. If no creeps around, RNG does the trick.
Moreover, crits help jungling.
Methodical has 3% less winrate on dotabuff too.

I think Methodical only works in matches where the enemy has no map awareness...
Bluring does nothing if the enemy doesn't look at the minimap xD
veiled one = 28% chance of triggering crit from attacks, 44% from dagger (at lvl 25)
methodical = 5 attacks ON THE SAME TARGET, wich can be rounded to 20% crit chance, w dagger getting chance of triggering 2 stacks (40%) + 125% crit damage
from pure dps methodical is better, but i found veiled one is still the go-to cos it makes aganim so much better and in an end-game scenario where PA shines

my ursa build: BF, Dagger, Agha, (tormentor solo), shard, octarine, blade mail, wind waker, heart of tarrasque, sange yasha/shroud, remove boots and bf.
take talent, +15 sec buff, 2 stack fury swipe earthshock, 400 aoe earthshock, and 2 charge earthshock.
NO NO NO NO NO bro ursa is a carry make Bkb remove Oct blade mail wind waker heart shroud and sange instead build swift blink BF Satanic (solo roshan) abyssal blade Bkb and DO NOT REMOVE BF but u can remove boots since it's optional cause of the tier 5 neutral item force boots and that's a good ursa build not what u said (no offense but I am a ursa main)
@@Catdreamer656 lmao, with new facet, damage taken from enrage to damage, you can get infinity buff damage up to 1000k+ with octarine and lvl 25 talent. My winrate in ursa literally 80%, only lose when enemy buy nullifier to counter my eul. 5k gameplay. I learn from gorc too.
PA with echosaber/harpoon first build is my go to for this. kinda sick late game when -1 atk count. sure crit after you blink in

On average 2 crits are better than one strong crit. Methodical facet does exactly that, so in practice it is not that good.

In the last game it geels like with all the atackspeed buffs you could have last item got a butterfly and still cap out at 700 with the lower base attack time
Don't you actually get more crits without methodical? %17 chance is roughly 1 in 6 attacks anyway. lvl25 talent gives bigger chance to crit rather than -1 attacks to trigger it. And also you are a lot more bursty since you can get back to back crits, leaving less time for enemy to react. Can someone explain why is this good? Only upside I see is crits are bigger but they are already huge.
By the time I hit 6 times I always crit at least once even without methodical, something even 3 times, so what's the fucking point...
I feel like the purpose of that facet is to do long range dagger snipes with like a planned big D crit, no just a bunch of attack speed and dmg, that's kinda how you play normal Ta anyway.

I get methodical is better now that the stacks cannot be dispelled, but they still all have to be on the same target, meaning you can't throw crit daggers in lane, the stack duration still gets reduced by status resistance, and you can't go aggressively farm in enemy vision, I never go methodical, you can get mega kited, and the farming is better, I always go veiled one.
Didn't have shard in the first game, would have been over earlier than required tbh.

700 AS or 0.24 AS is not 100% crit chance
it is actually 850 AS or 0.20 AS
equation 0.20*5(number of hits needed to proc with talent) =1(second)
if it only works in rank games but you have to be a 5 man team not solo
