This video is also a first for many things! My first episode of 2022, the first episode to star Rosie & the first episode to use my custom whistles!

If there's a part two, I can definitely see it start off with Sir Topham Hatt scolding Thomas for his behavior; staying in the sheds all because he didn't want to wear his snowplow, and playing a mean trick on Rosie for "stealing his branchline". He then reminds Thomas that he only brought Rosie to the line because Thomas refused to do his own jobs.
Would Thomas try to justify his actions, or would he realize that he WAS in the wrong ad make up for his selfish ways?
Oh there's several parts to Rosie's arc I can assure you.
Here's how I would see it.
Part 2. The Fat Controller finds out what happens and temporarily gives the Ffarquhar Branch to Rosie, while Thomas is made Station Pilot at the big station again. He's so jealous, cross, and fed up with the big engines that he causes more trouble at the station and is shut up until the Fat Controller can trust him. All the while blaming Rosie.
Part 3. Rosie learns how to do jobs on Thomas's line and gets used to working on it.
Part 4. We learn why Thomas dislikes Rosie and then while he tries to justify his actions, he later learns he was wrong and makes up for his selfish ways. This makes the Fat Controller let him out of the shed, but still as station pilot. Only after good behavior at the big station does he get his Branch back and Rosie is made station pilot.
Damn, a really good Rosie episode. I needed this, good job!

Rosie’s such an unused character and I’m glad to see her being utilized more, especially in such a wonderful story like this. Except for a few splotches in the writing it was great, I’m excited to see more from you

That was a fantastic episode. Rosie coming whilst Thomas refuses to wear his snowplough. What a journey it was for Rosie to puff through the snow and fog. I hope there's another part to this story 🙂.

I like how the conflict isn’t resolved. Their isn’t enough of that in Thomas.
Interesting to see how you take it. Could go the route of how the USATC S100 replaced the E2s, or another route. It'll be interesting to see.

the voice cracks when rosie talks makes me laugh lol but its hard being a male trying to impersonate a female so good job for trying
once again thomas is acting like a child but he'll get what's coming in the next story
And no offence to the person writing but the trope of ‘Thomas being a regressed child, never learning his lesson and making mistakes’ is fucking aggravating. Now l don’t mind Thomas being cheeky, cocky and a savage but really dislike when Thomas is portrayed as regressed child or an idiot by some of the fan content creators when really in S3-S5, he matured and was more sensible.

I am very disappointed with Thomas refusing to come out of the shed and I'm not very impressed with Thomas not doing his work all because he doesn't like wearing his snow plough this is not fear to poor Rosie doing all of Thomas work and I do feel sorry for Rosie the way the heavy stone trucks pushed her off the rails like that Yes this is all Stupid Bold as brass Thomas fault. In the next story God help you Thomas for what you did to Rosie look out Thomas you won't know what is going to hit you in the next story Thomas!

Kind of almost a Series 2 story if the writers of the HIT Era read The Railways Series.
You know. The the first episode Rosie was in was Thomas and birthday mail part of carnival capers. Yet it was like she was introduced in a previous episode but not known
Sorry if I'm sounding a bit harsh but people make alot of stories where Thomas is a rude and aggressive engine to everyone similar to Alfred and Crovan, do you think Thomas should have a redemption arc instead where he trys to prove he's a really useful engine once more?
Ikr it getting kind of irritating now. When Thomas is mostly the antagonist. I know that was an aspect of character in the tv series but didn’t Thomas learn from all of this. From what l read on Crovan works forum of his opinion on season 5 on his deviantart page
according to him. Thomas had the best character development from Season 1-5. In season 1, Thomas started as a cheeky, bubbly, childlike, innocent and young engine then season 2, he was then portrayed as a rude, arrogant, boastful, cocky and demeaning at times but when we got to season 3-5, Thomas is now a mature, humble, sensible and well rounded character even though he can be cheeky sometimes. But Thomas was portrayed as good natured engine. But as we got season 6 and onwards. All of Thomas’ character development was thrown away and now has reverted to his old ways as he was in his introduction. Heck in season 5, When Thomas was not main focus of an episode, he play the role of significant secondary character role. No offence to the content creators. They produce decent content but it’s kind of annoying when they influenced sort of by Hit entertainment portrayal of Thomas. The part where he never learns his lesson which gets him to trouble or when he was portrayed as James 2.0.
I live by the phrase "Thomas is a prick."
You know, I'm starting to get kinda tired of stories where Thomas is a jerk. I'd really like to see more of the friendly, caring, optimistic and empathic Thomas I know and love.
Imo, I like the more jerky Thomas stories considering how hard the HiT Era and CGI series focused on him being nice and helpful
@@donaldsduckTTTE More power to you, then. And I'm not saying Thomas should never be a jerk ever. It's just with most of the stories I've seen, I'd like to see his caring side a bit more often.

"The Rosie Saga" as I will call it, is technically cancelled, but will be restarted. Quite frankly, I'm not happy with it. Thomas is quite out of character and far too mean, among other things.
