Hi Roy, do you bake the model twice, or do you use self hardening clay to add details? Or did you just not bake the details, and that's why the horns fell off after you cast the mold?

Very nice. I'm thinking the super sculpey I got was crap, hard as a rock. Turned me off from using, might try again though.
Yeah, some store sell expired sculpey. there is a way to recondition it but it is easier to search for a reliable store where you can but good stuff.

Do we need to use aluminum and those metal things ? Can we use aluminum foil in substitution for those wire legs
yep using the foil is just to build a basic structure and to stop us using so much clay- saves you money!

Its just regular brush bro. Just use the oldest worn out brush you can find

Using 3d modeling and printing it is 100 times better for designer toy making. Its the future! But i really enjoy playing with clay so i prefer this process :)

Yes i sell the copies so far i don't get any issues with copyright as mot of the elements i integrated are public domain
