  • I didn't think this was something I would upload, as there is already a recording on CZcams. However, on that exact upload, someone commented that the upload was very butchered, with many minutes missing. Well here's this recording, to remedy that

The original upload of this episode you speak of in the description originated from a user called Zschim, a channel long since deleted. Their uploads usually had VERY good video/audio quality (possibly S-VHS or Beta), but rarely were the episodes full-length. Regardless, it'd be really cool to see them pop up again someday. They preserved many great moments from the NBC run.

0:11 simultaneous substitution : Most likely this was recorded off of WGRZ-2 (Buffalo) on a Canadian cable system. At which moment of the video flicker, since CIII-TV (Global) was also airing the program, the Global feed was substituted over the WGRZ feed.

Dave here and the Chicago set look like Norm MacDonald doing his Letterman impressions on SNL

To spoil the Penn and Teller trick, they have an air hose connected to Teller's mask that goes through his sleeve and up out of the tank to bring him air. That's why his hand is always holding the key above the tank.

All the people in the audience who stood up when Ernie Banks was introduced were such ja****ses. So immature.
