CG masonry mesh production line is designed to manufacture composite polymer mesh from glass, basalt and carbon fiber. Based on 15 years of experience, our team develops and manufactures equipment with the most optimal characteristics. CG mesh lines come with a range of widths, thus allowing to produce finished products with specified characteristics.
The line can produce:
• mesh 1/2/2.5/3/3.5m wide
• mesh with a rod 2-12mm in diameter
• mesh with cells 50x50, 100x100, 150x150, 200x200 and 300x300mm
• up to 4000 sq.m of mesh (3mm rod, cell 200x200mm).
The main features of the technology developed by Composite Group Chelyabinsk:
• a patented technology is used in CG machines
• mesh is produced directly from roving (no additional machines or welding are needed)
• unequal separation of roving threads in longitudinal rods enhances durability and physical properties of finished products
• almost equal tensile strength in longitudinal and transverse rods
Technical specifications of CG-4 production line:
• 120-240sq.m are required for a line (depending on the model)
• power supply is AC 50+-1Hz, 380 V
• power consumption is 25-70kW/h (depending on the model)
• 1 cubic meter of water is needed per day
• 2 operator per shift are required
