    I'd love if you provde in which order the measures you took were helpful! There seems to be lots of things one can do to improve the erection, but I'm not sure if I want to spend time to do say, kegel exercises, in addition to meditation, NoFap and all the psychological work.

      NoFap is a must, minimum of 90 days. I don't know anyone who's overcome ED while still maintaining a porn and masturbation addiction. Honestly the most helpful thing you can do is talk to people about your ED. Shame makes ED stay stuck, talk to a therapist, friends, and even better sexual partners. The more open and honest you can be about what you're experiencing the faster you will overcome your anxieties and fears.
