Hype squuuuuuuuuuuuuuuud thank you so much for this ...I really do appreciate .. sincerely it really not easy leaving as an adult when you know you have responsibilities and leaving with anybody can be stressful draining and sometimes I feel like am going to die any moment ... because it really not easy not to have a life of your own you don't get to choose when you wake up and all that ... whenever I get burn out ..I cry myself to stupor .. sometimes am on the road of Abuja crying and sometimes my bathroom fits better ... seriously I will start to learn how to love and live for myself...it really not easy out there has a business person I get drain out sometimes with what people offer ... for good food ..omo Nigeria at Large can drive you crazy, family members can drive you crazy,your business can also drive you crazy...

I'm really glad you guys handle burning out really well cos my lil sister is just coming out of mental breakdown... She's an introvert who barely relate with people. So it so nice watching this honestly, coming from the point of working at a media agency and working a lot with influencers. My advise to the entire team is, is it possible to put metrics to your rates that you give us. I understand your pain about low berating amount being offered to you but i think like Osas said stand your grounds and back it up with data to show what is to be expected and why you are the best for this (and please ensure you back it up). What we do now where i work is to have a base fee and then KPI's if you achieve more... All the best guys and keep being great!
