- For those who don’t have the time for a long meditation, this twenty minute session is just the right length to allow you to become deeply engaged with higher consciousness.
The opportunity is provided to ask a question from those with a higher perspective than our earthly one. As Einstein said, “No problem is solved at the same level at which it was created,” and you are invited to take a question into this state of communion and ask it as guided. Later, you are given the opportunity to experience yourself as Love, and to flow where that experience takes you. May the words and music and the love with which they were created support you in achieving your highest good.

I have meditated for over 20 years off and on. This is by far the best meditation I have found and it's free. The soothing voice and brain-tingling music are like a massage to your mind and soul. I am a premium CZcams subscriber, so it is ad-free for me. But, I would gladly buy this if Suzanne offers it on CZcams music. I really appreciate this meditation! I've learned to relax from the Silva Method, I feel peace, I feel comfort, but i just don't seem to connect to my guides, spirit, get answers, etc.🤦🏾♀️. But I will keep trying because I've heard everyone is be able to reach these heights! Thank you.

This has been my favorite meditation for a few months now; it's so beautiful. However, recently there is an add in the middle of it! It wasn't bad when it was at the beginning, but it's quite disruptive during the guided meditation. Can anything be done? Thanks so much!
A suggestion: The music track should be in "sacred beats" form.

I noticed after the words "show me who I really am" and the background music playing, something like a fireworks explosion happening inside my brain. Can you please tell me what was it? Thank you. Suzanne: in the past few years I tragically lost two sons, my beautiful sons,
The first son to go was by suicide , he was very beautiful in heart and soul
And physically , he had the most beautiful open large Blue eyes and the kindest heart.
Then my younger son , also pure in heart and spirit and equally as beautiful as his older brother
Was extremely successful in business , though he never married ,
This younger son became homeless due to Drug Addictions , he died early in the Cardiac ward
Having been on a ventilator, myself and my daughter were present with him while he was dying
He managed to open one eye in acknowledgment he knew we there there , and he shred a large
Teardrop moments before he died .
In this guided meditation , I felt a teardrop from my own eye slip out and down my face
And from the above illustration of the two hands reaching out :
In my spirit I felt an inner voice from Francis whom had died from drug abuse ;
Letting me know how sorry he was to cause us the grief of his addiction
And I end by testifying , when my son died , the several doctors and nurses on his ward
Who had come to know him, these wonderful Doctors and nurses lined up by the exit door
Of the hospital nursing station and each one gave myself and my daughter a big hug of goodbye
As for myself , i ensured both of my sons had church service burials
I am dealing with my grief and the loss of my husband of 51yrs , he had passed in 2016
This grief is so. Deep, and by discovering Suzanne’s utube messages of hope from spirit
I do hope to find a measure of comfort in knowing there is much more to us than physical 🙏amen

Hi Mary, you have lost a lot. 🙏 Suzanne's work is so comforting. I have found the work of Dr Brian Weiss also very comforting. He is an American psychiatrist. Many lives, Many Masters is his first book.

@@marysmyth8288 So glad you are finding solace. My dad left when I was 7 and mum died when I was 21 so I have a sorrow learning pathway myself. Nothing is like losing a child though. My daughter took her life 5 years ago. Grief is wrenching. You are NEVER over it. I’ve been on this amazing journey since then, and Suzanne has been so helpful and comforting, along with other teachers. I trust that all is in perfect order, because there is a bigger perspective. It’s a practice, though. Fill your heart with LOVE everyday. Read the book The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer(and his 2 other books). Practice bit by bit by surrendering to LIFE.
