My friend who recently died from a car accident sent me a message hours before he died and it said "We should hang out more. God knows I could use a bud like you." for while I wondered why he said bud then someone told me the last part was this song and he really liked it.. When I listened to this song.. I realized how much of a friend he thought of me as I wish I could have hung out more with him. R.I.P Nathan Ivey.

I love how the lyrics are chill and loving, "BUD LIKE YOU!", and then there's just the intense bass in the back like "BOOM, BOOM ,CRRRCK, CCRRCK BOOM CRCCCK" - I will ALWAYS love the AJR music aesthetic
