Hi Julie! I agree that most wreaths that sell at shows are deco mesh. I also make a wide range of them. My prices do range from low to high. Thank you for all you do. I learn so much from you.

    Hi @Julie
I am a new member in the Wreath of the mo club. I have not been able to get into the Facebook group or to be on the live today, but I just wanted to tell you how happy I am to be part of the Wreath of the month club. I think this is a very smart investment for my business and I appreciate the accountability and the opportunity to learn from people who have gone before and discovered what works and what doesn’t. My question is I’m having a hard time determining where I should focus my efforts in my designing. I love making all different types of wreaths and I realize that if I make a very embellished deco mesh wreath to mail that versus a smaller grapevine wreath that will make a big difference. I just started my Etsy last week and I’m so passionate about making good quality wreaths and just having the opportunity to at this point my life, do some thing that I really love. I work full-time still, and I’m a mother of a teenage boy, but taking the time to do this for me is such a dream come true. I look forward to learning from you and the others on this journey.

I have a friend I made a deco wreath for. The hot sun makes the wreath fade and brittle. Going to use the Rust olieum

I cant seem to get myself to charge enough for the things i make just like Cynthia said. I feel like nobody will ever buy them. I only end up making like 25 to 30 dollars profit and i don't feel like that's enough but i cant charge more i just cant

I have the same problem. It is so hard to make up my mind on colors and material. Is it acceptable to do material with also some mesh with the same wreath? I would like to belong to an noline group where they can tell me exactly what my wreath needs, and be honest about it. I have noone to ask their opinion. so far i am making material rag rugs but I am going to use different techniques.I have been making my wreath for days. I didn't like the first one because I realized they are all suppose to be the same length. so I am taking the matterial off the old wreath and putting it on a new wreath. But I do take long breaks inbetween. I don't know if I am possitioning the peices right when I am done. I have seen wreaths laying down in the front of the wreath and I have seen them puffed out. Should I take pictures of the wreaths of each style? Is my wreath supposed to be puffy on both sides or just push it all to the front?

Good morning! So I always wonder what your approximate cost is for your typical wreaths. I get most of my supplies on sale of course 40-50% off, but I still don’t manage to use as many stems and as many picks that you do! When you seem to use a really cute pick, I think, oh that’s adorable! Then you pull another one and then another one! So I am wondering how many picks you use! And how much they cost you wholesale. I do have a tax ID number, but I don’t ever use it for wholesale buys yet. (This is just really a side hobby for me right now, but I would like it to grow into a business). It seems like I would spend some $100 on supplies to make a really nice, full wreath that you make! But I would have to charge at least $200 to sell it!
