Even extremely talented people couldn't manage Whitney Houston songs without proper preparation and this one requires professional coaching to sound ... Well, perfect. I agree with Sharon. She was sixteen and nervous, it is BGT, we can watch her performance on the internet everytime, it's just different from a for example school performance. Louise was unnecessarily cruel to that girl. She didn't show any bad attitude nor did she compare herself to Whitney, so there was no reason to "put her in her place"
