Food Design สัปดาห์นี้ เชฟเกมส์เพลย์ควงแขนเจฟฟ์เข้าครัว พร้อมทำเมนูสุดสวีทกับพายคัสตาร์ด แต่แอบซ่อนความเปรี้ยวนิดๆ ด้วยผลไม้อย่าง “แอปเปิ้ล” งานนี้ไม่รู้ว่าเบเกอรีกับโมเมนท์ของสองคนนี้อะไรจะหวานกว่ากัน
🥧 วัตถุดิบ 🥧
1.แป้ง pie crust
2.น้ำตาล
3.เกลือ
4.เนย
5.น้ำเย็น
6.แอปเปิ้ล
7.วิปครีม
8.ไข่ไก่
9.นมสด
10.กลิ่นวนิลา
11.ผงชินนาม่อน
12.บัตเตอร์สก็อต
13.เลม่อน
🥧 วิธีทำ 🥧
1.เทแป้ง Pie crust ลงไปในโบลด์ ตามด้วยน้ำตาลและเกลือเล็กน้อย คนจนส่วนผสมเข้ากัน
2.ใส่เนยลงไป และคลุกเคล้าอีกครั้ง เมื่อส่วนผสมเข้ากันแล้ว เติมน้ำเย็นลงไปเล็กน้อย แล้วใช้มือนวดจนส่วนผสมทั้งหมดเซ็ทตัว
3.นำ wrap มาห่อแล้วนำไปแช่เย็น 1 ชม.
4.ระหว่างรอ นำแอปเปิ้ลมาหั่นเป็นชิ้นบางๆ ขนาดกลางแล้วแช่น้ำเลม่อนทิ้งไว้
5.นำแป้งที่แช่เย็นออกมานวดด้วยไม้นวด จนเป็นแผ่นบางขนาดใหญ่ จากนั้นนำไปใส่ถาดสี่เหลี่ยมที่มีก้นค่อนข้างลึก และนำซ่อมมาเจาะแป้งให้ทั่วเพื่อระบายอากาศ จากนั้นนำไปแช่เย็น 1 ชม. เพื่อให้แป้งเซ็ทตัว
6.ทำคัสตาร์ดครีมด้วยการเตรียมวิปครีม และไข่ไก่ไว้ในภาชนะ
7.เทน้ำตาลลงไปในวิปครีมและไข่ไก่ที่เตรียมไว้
8.รีบตีชามที่เป็นไข่ไก่ก่อนเพื่อไม่ให้เนื้อตับตัวกันเป็นเม็ด
9.เติมกลิ่นวนิลาลงไปเล็กน้อย จากนั้นค่อยๆร่อนแป้งลงไป ตีจนส่วนผสมเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน เติมวิปครีมที่ต้มจนเดือดแล้วลงไป คนจนเนื้อเข้ากันดีและไข่เริ่มสุก
10.ตั้งกระทะโดยเปิดไฟเบาๆ จากนั้นเทส่วนผสมของคัสตาร์ดลงไปอุ่นอีกครั้งเพื่อทำให้ไข่ค่อยๆสุก
11.เมื่อเนื้อคัสตาร์ดเริ่มข้น เติมเนยลงไป คนจนเนยละลายจากนั้นพกไว้จนเย็น
12.นำไข่ไก่ผสมกับนมสด แล้วนำมาทาขอบและฐานแป้งทาร์ตเพื่อจะได้มีสีสวยงามน่าทาน
13.นำแป้งทาร์ตเข้าเตาอบ อุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส เวลา 20 นาที
14.เทเนื้อคัสตาร์ดลงไป ปาดให้เรียบเสมอกัน จากนั้นนำแอปเปิ้ลที่เตรียมไว้มาเรียงหน้าให้สวยงาม และนำเข้าเตาอบอุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส เวลา 20 นาที

The way Jeff always ask Gameplay to cook or make something for him is like a husband asking his wife. In my language it can be ascertain to the word ‘naglalambing’. Fluffy, low-key yet impactful. Cutie. I just discovered this two like a week ago but I am literally binge watching all their videos. As a BL fan but a realist too, this is just a very healthy relationship. OMG! These two are the cutest of all BL series and a fabuloshishimo cooking segment! Top's cooking skills are superb and so easy to follow. Jeff should be Top's cooking assistance- but he will be too distracting for Top to concentrate on showing the recipe of the day.

I sincerely appreciate the step by step demonstration, but would kindly like to recommend including measurements or a link to written measurements and instructions to recipes featured on the show.
