I've read somewhere that what Kevin was actually trying to do during the Season 6 event was trying to open up a portal to the Last reality, but because he couldn't do it alone his energy got massively drained and therefore he cracked upon himself
That's actually so cool. This is why I love Fortnite
I thought it was Kevin trying to merge with the zero point kind of leaving the cube like a husk partly and the explosion was the zero point rejecting Kevin
Edit: did i…? Did I just accidentally predict this season partly? As Kevin is (my theory) pulling the zero point to him to merge?

From my knowledge I know that he was trying to destroy the Zero Point, as it was the same goal as the Last Reality.
There was a cube inside Kevolution Energy throughout the entirety of chapter 2. When the mothership blew up in season 7, debris hit the kevolution energy building at steamy stacks and revealed the cube, which joined the other cubes that had also fallen to the map. He left a trail that began from steamy stacks, and at the beginning there was a message spelled using the letters from the kevolution energy sign that read "KEV OUT."

5:42 my theory is that Kevin used those ruins to act as a waypoint for the cube queen to find him, then summoned cube zombies to protect himself while waiting for the cube queen then he found the zero point and tried absorbing it to hurry up his mission but failed and blew up.

I like to think that kevin is the strongest cube by himself and is a neutral force and many other we thought were kevin were just replicas still strong but never as strong as him. Just the cube queen and all the weaker cubes were stronger but i dunno this is more confusing than madness combat lore

Kevolution industries did have something to do with Kevin in ch2s8 when the gold cube arrived in the area another cube exploded out of the facility(after a game update) the letters that were on the building then were now on the ground which then said Kev out

Yes, but that was just the rock and moving around this one actually had things happen like we went to the zone
@@Derekmilewski Rocket was an event not just “the rocket moving” it was an important event unless you mean it didn’t end a season (I missed the unvaulting event so idk if it ended the season) if pat said it was the first event he probably misspoke or meant the first event that we participated in 🤷♂️
@@CryptoCooky I didn’t say it was not important I’m just saying that they changed how they did events the rocket event, and literally didn’t do anything special for players a lot of people were killed the cube event stop people from killing so they could watch it. That’s when they really started events.

That’s actually not true see the chapter 2 island was created from the remnants of the chapter 1 island, and so Kevin was on the chapter 1 island when it was sucked into the black hole and we see in chapter 2 season eight that Kevin the original Kevin was inside kevolution, energy and eventually escape to go to the cube queens gold cube without being powered by it therefore the cube was still active throughout all of chapter 2 we just didn’t see it and it was most likely under the power plant

The storm king is a human view of kevin he just wanted love as the storm king view and the zero point is his brother they were both made for war by the side ways Amanda the aliens but the aliens didn't want a circle they wanted a cube and and so they took our the memory chip for the zero point which is making the loop and kevin he still remembered him and was crying because he could only get a glimpse of his brother and the i.o is living inside the zero point they wanted this to happen over and over again and again and when we were in space and we saw kevin again we knew we had to do something and if you did break out of the loop then it would just suck you back into the loop midus tried to do that but it fail kevin kept it from happening and flooded the island kevin sacrifice his life 2 or 3 times to protect his brother the zero point from another black hole which would kill both odf them but nonkevin protects us and he was then found again and the io was behind the deadline of kevin the cube we reboted the og kevin which was when the black hole suckus in it didn't suck all of us in the aliens came to find kevin when the could have just made a machine and they did just that and went back in time when kevin turn loot lake bouncy and they had the og kevin in their hands and they drained his power and he couldn't take it he helped us to escape the mother ship but the io explain to us that he is our enemy and slone hit the big red button and exploded the mother ship he will respond to any distrust calls from the zero point until we see him again.
