Volvo V70 P3 Tailgate lock open

How to open Volvo V70 -08 tailgate when central lock is broken and tailgate is "backlocked". I have already opened tailgate and have been able to unmount the lover and upper panel. It's not possible when tailgate is locked because those are attached both side with screws. You can pull lower panel away from tailgate and be able to open it with that "special" tool(made from 3.3mm welding rod)
