+7tikibart Actually much of this (but not all) is just acting or overacting. And I can guarantee, that at least the arangement is mostly prerecorded.
As someone who is making electronic music since 2004 and since 2005 is using the same software as Kalkbrenner is using now, I think at least I'm able to see what's going on on the stage. I don't have to be on the same level like him as a producer, I just have to understand how this stuff works.
And that's the problem. Kalkbrenner, but also many others, know, that most people don't understand what he is doing. Most liveacts I saw which really tried to play an honest liveact where pretty unknown.

pk is not a dj... he is a live performer... :)
No!: "regular dj's" are just what a dj "regularly" used to be: they are the disk jokeys, so they are mixing the tracks that they have chosen to play into eachother, and they try to ajust their choose of tracks at the mood of the people and so on, nothing more or less. they dont need to have production skills to be good dj's (although some of them have of corse!) and they dont need big attention.
What you mean, are EDM dj's!

It's simple, when it was 85% Belgian it was awesome. Now only 50% of the crowd is Belgian and the vibe is gone. Also, Tomorrowland is actually not that expensive, no rich parents needed.

d5 was good man.. one of the best sets.. i think d5 and kalkbrenner stood out musically speaking. Kalkbrenner it is definitely the best, being in the main stage where everyone expects just beatdrops hard bass and fireworks, he was there just doing his thing, a real artist. I respect him so much.

Kuuh Reem echt so. Kopfhörer brazcht man zum richtigen mixen. Ich mag kalbrenners musik, aber sein set ist nicht wirklich gut gemixt. Er ist halt eher der Produzent, obwohl er das mixen hoffentlich bis jetzt gelernt hat :D
@@NoahsHobyless Stimmt schon, er mixt nicht und somit gibt es auch keine Übergänge. Jedoch sind die Sets ja trotzdem vorbereitet. letztendlich öffnet er das Live Projekt und spielt nacheinander die Instrumente ein. würde er immer live produzieren, kämen ja immer neue Tracks bei raus.
