    Stari recept koji sam tek sad stigla da snimim.
    Ova pita može biti i od drugog voća a sa višnjama je najukusnija.
    Prhko, aromatično, preukusno testo koje topi u ustima i blago, kiselkasati fil od višanja neodoljiva su kombinacija.
    Ukoliko imate višnje u zamrizavaču ovo je najbolji način da ih iskoristite.
    Dok u sezoni višanja obavezno probajte ovaj recept.
    Sastojci
    Za kore:
    500g brašna
    1 kesica-12g praška za pecivo
    1 kesica-10g vanilin šećera
    100g kristal šećera
    prstohvat soli
    korica i 5 kašičica soka od limuna ili malo više ako su jaja manja
    2 jajeta
    250g maslaca ili margarina / korigujte malo količinu brašna za maslac je potrebno malo više brašna
    opciono- 1/2 kašičice đumbira u prahu ili cimeta
    Fil:
    1 kg višanja /može i manje ili jabuka, malina...
    2 kašike gustina i 2 kašike pšenićnog griza ili 4 kašike griza
    5g cimeta ili vanilin šećer
    5 kašika smeđeg ili belog šećera/prilagodite količinu u zavisnosti od kiselosti višanja, višnje u vidu nisu bile kisele

    Lazy cherry pie/melt-in-your-mouth shortcrust pastry
    An old recipe that I just got around to recording.
    This pie can be made from other fruits, and it is the tastiest with cherries.
    Crisp, aromatic, delicious dough that melts in your mouth and mild, tart cherry filling are an irresistible combination.
    If you have cherries in the freezer, this is the best way to use them.
    During cherry season, be sure to try this recipe.
    Components
    For the crusts:
    500g of flour
    1 bag-12g baking powder
    1 bag-10g of vanilla sugar
    pinch of salt
    zest and 5 teaspoons of lemon juice or a little more if the eggs are smaller
    2 eggs
    250g of butter or margarine / adjust the amount of flour a little bit more flour is needed for butter
    optional- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or cinnamon
    Phil:
    1 kg of cherries / maybe less or apples, raspberries...
    2 spoons of porridge and 2 spoons of wheat semolina or 4 spoons of semolina
    5 g of cinnamon or vanilla sugar
    5 tablespoons of brown or white sugar / adjust the amount depending on the sourness of the cherries, the cherries were not sour
