I honestly never rated Garnacho, however, after I managed to get tickets to the Argentina vs Costa Rica game my guy is phenomenal. Honestly a player for the future.

Don’t get me wrong yamal at 10 is crazy but don’t downplay kobbie either he’s a tremendous talent he’s just been injured since preseason so he didn’t get the chance to showcase himself since recently for Man Utd and now England but even the preseason I instantly could tell he’s unreal the way he controlled that utd midfield against teams like madrid even if it was preseason hes not just hype.

Cubarsi just broke out halfway through the season way to early to put him anywhere near top 10 right now. He’s a talent for sure but to early as most of the guys on the list have been performing and or playing at the top for a couple seasons and play major roles for their teams.

An with Kobbie he started to breakout last season and the beginning of this season got injured and when he came back instantly changed man utd midfield and now has played for England and has performed their top. Don’t get me wrong Cubarsi is definitely in the top 20 for u21. There’s just to much talent really everyone is gonna have their players they feel should be in there so I don’t fault you for putting him in your top 10
