They're focusing on Hollywood audiences which is half futile - the aesthetics and psyche towards movies is different, and so people see our movies as a joke, or watch it as a guilty pleasure. On the other hand populations in Africa, South America, Middle East and South East Asia are far more receptive to the emotionality and drama that our films celebrate, and have the potential to be an important global audience for Indian cinema. We don't a certification from the West, it's time to look beyond.
