Looks awesome! Ryan (and others...), what's your experience with the build quality of Mattamy Homes? I ask because I ran into some reviews saying that their quality is rather poor...
I like this set up. I like when the closets are separated from the bathroom. I don’t like the color scheme though.

Why are there no doors to the rooms and bathrooms?
It’s a show home and the wanted to minimize touching. Doors would come with your home.
How much do I need to pay if I want the exactly upgrade as this home?
Early this week I tried contacting Mattamy through my broker but they told everything is sold out. Also, they were not so sure about quick possessions within next few months.
You would be correct. New construction lots are scarce and unfortunately we don't know when the next lots are going to be released.
one question, where are the doors in the primary bedroom?? 😅
They take them off in the show home for easy flow.

Their's not just one of these, just go to mattamy home in Yorkville or Carrington and youll find this home. You can get some people to build the house for you and stuff
But the prices is not the same its about 750K in carrington
What is the deposit structure? And when does it get ready?
Usually 5%-10%. and ready in 12-13 months.

Mattamy is a good builder. I’ve personally purchased from them in toronto. One the best builder’s I’d say!

Nice house, nice layout. I don't usually like green, but that tone is such an accent. Multiply the price at least 2x and that's the price of such house here in Toronto😞
I love how American it looks on the exterior. Canadians should try to make more American looking homes tbh. It looks good 🤷♂️. BC looks like Seattle and their houses are beautiful

No but you can have the basement finished at the build stage.
