    Great video guys!
    I’ve made a few of these and can highly recommend freezing the watermelon pulp then thawing it over a colander.
    The sugars will melt first and you will be left with a clear ice block. You can repeat this 1-3 times.
    A large amount of watermelon is ironically water and you don’t want that in your beer, just the flavour.
    You end up adding about 1/8th of the amount of liquid with a much stronger watermelon flavour.

    Awesome looking beer guys, I have "Glycol chiller" as number 1 on my letter to Santa this year haha.
    It would be great to get more info about what temp ranges do what while mashing from a bio-chem point of view, as in acid rests, alpha and beta saccharification etc.

      For sure mate, the glycol chiller is definitely my favourite toy in the brewery, can’t rate it highly enough!
      Yeah we defs need to do an in depth vid on mash temps and steps
