The third row folds down into that storage area you showed. Same luggage room. American Fsport owner 👋🏼

Apparently there is a major problem with the new 3.4 petrol twin turbo engine, in usa they have recalled thousands

Some 22 and 23 models are under a serious recall.

The ergonomics of this and the 300 rule it out for me. The 200 is still more practical with more space.

Fair enough. Gotta love the V8, too!

Ditto over here. The 300 and Lexus LX interior is very cramped and narrow. There is less width between the wheel arches of a 300/new LX compared to even the 150 Series Prado. The 200 is still king in terms of interior space. The only thing huge about the new LX is that radiator grille.

    Older LX570 owner here...
The rear seat issue on the new one is seriously off. Its not a comfy place for a rear passenger with only slightly longer legs. Very surprising

That's because the TNGA-F platform is very cramped compared to the previous generation. That center hump in the second row seat floor doesn't need to be there as the tailshaft is nowhere near it. Older 200 Series owner here and the 300 Series feels super cramped in comparison, again because of the shared TNGA-F platform.
If only Toyota USA will make the Sequoia in RHD. That would be a much better replacement.

      @@tempestv8 great reply
The vehicle is insane (and too expensive for me) but that rear seat is a deal breaker

That's impressive that 0 to 100 time. Hey Brett is this petrol V6 the same engine (bar obvious differences being petrol to diesel ) as what's in the diesel 300? Good mate bought a top dollar Sahara VX 300 not long after they came out, waited 14 months for it, and I sent him John Cadogan's video about the disgraceful oil use these new V6's were showing not even getting through a service interval without needing a big top up. He checked his after watching it and at 8000 kays it was just on the low line on the stick. Credit to him he sold it immediately s he wanted it gone before the general public found out about the issue... Hoping these petrol units are different..
Just wondering mate where did you do the off road driving and road driving, NSW or Vic?

Petrol versions had this wastegate issue which i think was solved. Oil consumption isn't to be heard yet

As for diesels, oil burning is everywhere, even here in Africa 😂
