Ah ha! This is exactly the kind of deep dive I was talking about. I like that the order of operations was mixed up due to delivery issues, which is realistic. Nothing goes as planned, eh. I was studying the CL 41 design drawings and thought I’d want to widen the quarter berth to make a comfy bed with close access to the nav gear and tools below (yes, I really love this boat), but I like the shoe/tool box idea too. Beautiful job with the cedar. Keep going 😊.
