i think a lot of it is about staying focussed and knowing what you want to achieve. that way you can stay motivated to get it done!
Try the pomodoro technique! It was such a game changer for me.
Building it up from a smaller amount to a larger one is really helpful (maybe as a New Year's resolution?) Also, literally putting your phone in another room and switched off is the best way.
I was about to start studying ..so this was quite motivating 💪🏻I love these kinds of intense study with ‘mes’ and revision drills :)
