No false ceiling, but why can't see any wiring for the ceiling fan and lighting? What u do call the type of spot lighting on the ceiling? Can u also switch and change the ceiling lighting? Thanks
hihih SM, can i get your review on the track lights and the overall lightings in your house? I am very much against false ceilings but most IDS told me that track lights are very warm and adv me to get false ceilings to get more lighting options. appreciate it so much
Hi Hi! The track lights are working fine for us. I remembered we were given a few choices between warm and cool lights to pick from. I feel that ours are not very warm which we kinda like.

Thank you! The top & bottom kitchen cabinets in laminated finish + quartz worktops were about S$8K++. But do note that's our quotation back in 2021☺
Hi! Could you share how the wires in the living room are run? I don't see any trunking for the track lights and ceiling fans so was wondering how your ID concealed them.
Hi Hi! So sorry for the delayed reply. Not an expert in this but we understand wires are concealed in the ceiling. We shared with the ID where we want to position the new lighting/electrical points and they did the MAGIC ☺

Hi Hi, we don't have an exact figure especially since the renovation was done back in 2022😅 You can definitely communicate with your ID/Contractor on the cost of the different solutions and weigh your options!
