Mexico fan here - the club America goalkeeper, Malagon, is injured so we are cooked. Out manager barely plays Gimenez so he’s not oiled well in the team. Overall our team is mid and our tactics are terrible. It’s our worst team in the past 10+ years

They are young compared to before, most Mexican players that are used in the national team are in their older 20s. One of the huge problems with Mexico. The talent isn’t the same as before, that’s why it’s noticed more, but again Jaime Lozano plays great football. Last, Acevedos defense in Santos Laguna is trash.

There aren’t any qualifiers for Copa America, all CONMEBOL teams are in automatically. The qualifying they play is for the World Cup, they always invite 2-4 teams into the Copa America to make up for more teams, sometimes they only do the 10 teams
