Many people can imitate MJs dance steps but never his moves. He dances with sexiness and grace but manly. His body movement so light and effortless. When he starts dancing, you can't take your eyes off him up to his last moves, its so magical. No one can ever be compared to MJ. If there's a word "MORE THAN THE BEST" that's MICHAEL JACKSON.
The thing about Michael that makes him forever different from anyone else is that he didn't just dance, he WAS the dance personified, he WAS the dance in its corporeal form. It wasn't just doing choreo, or doing precise moves, it was living and breathing the dance, his every pore, every cell, every breath, every micro-expression, every hair strand danced, that's why the energy and precision coming from him was so different and that's why they say that nobody moves like Michael Jackson.
There are so many other, younger artists who are incredible dancers and they're technically perfect and do the moves just right and correct, but what they're doing is DANCING amazingly, but they aren't DANCE itself like Michael, that's the difference. They're perfect like all those background dancers who studied for years and are the best in the biz and can outdance anyone, but you put Michal in front of background dancers and he will stand out and look unique and even more smooth and mesmerizing.

100% Spot on, I’ve noticed this as well. While we have some in the comments arguing that newer dancers are better because they do more dances, they never seem to nail moves like MJ did. Also, this dude didn’t even use Chris’s best dance performances or videos like for example: His James Brown Tribute in 2007, His MJ tribute in 2010, His BET performance in 2005, His VMA performance in 2011, the entire dance routine in “turn up the music” video, more of the “Fine China” video, and the “She Ain’t You” video(where he honors MJ and samples Human Nature).
