I'm not going to lie judging of fighting ability I think Bjorn saved his brothers in this scene
Out of all the sons, Ubbe defintitely looked and acted the most like him mannerism wise.

Bjorn arrives just in time to save his brothers from Lagertha
Ubbe was the most like Ragnar, overall. Out of all the sons, Ubbe may have contributed the most to what Ragnar wanted for his people.
Lagertha, a seasoned, legendary shield-maiden vs a young man and a cripple. I don't know, I think Bjorn really helped his brothers there.
Knowing Lagertha, it is more probably that Bjorn saved his brothers.
Ubbe saying "shut up" is the best line
Ubbe loved her , and her telling him that about his father hit him a little

1) Lagertha didn't flinch at all
Bjorn just walking in the way he did was ALL that he needed to do. His presence alone was intimidating enough ❤
The poise and elegance with her owl on its pedestal when they first confront her 🥶
Bjorn is such a bad man, he was in complete control as soon as he opened the door.
She's literally at legendary status at this point
Lagertha was setting herself up in position to take both out quickly before Bjorn showed up.
Ragnar attributes are well divided between his sons. Bjorn's strength, Ubbe's Bravery and loyalty, Ivar's Intelligence, Flawed like Hvitserk and Sigurd....well he didn't live long enough.. betrayed by his brother maybe? lol
He is so much like his father. More then his younger brothers. He was Basically saying....I love you my brother's. And I know what you are feeling and I would want the same thing. But she gave me life. Don't make me take yours.
I find it funny how they treated Sigurd like one of Lagertha's men when it was his mom too lol. No respect
