Look very delicious 😋🤤
Looks great
It looks delicious but I seriously question how “healthy” it is with all that sugar.
Was about to say the same thing 2c of brown sugar is a ton, I don't even use that much when I make bbq sauce
brown sugar is healthier than regular white sugar, less calories
Healthier than takeout and I’m sure you don’t have to use that much. You can change it to suit you.
You can substitute it with zero calorie sugar
I use honey instead of sugar for everything
Wow tysm yummy!!!
Well this is great and all but how about measurements otherwise it's useless?
What kind of beef is it?
Healthy beef recipe, and then a truck with tones of sugar comes 😂
Uncle Rodger
Why you no brown meat first?
Hiya...
Chucks.
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
This is almost like teriyaki
Y’all just get those glass bowls it comes as a set , you an see he’s using smallest one size up andthe bigger one size up.I got them so I can tell what size they are using!
Hi there this looks delicious is it on high or low please as doing this tomorrow thank you
Video shows Low for 4 hours
All looks good but the brown sugar
Omg that’s a lot of soy sauce and sugar. I’ve used something like that for a quick marinade (Korean short ribs), but not to cook in or use as a glaze/sauce. 😮 Glucose and sodium double whammy.
That's what I thought lol this literally had to taste like straight salt.. even adding the sugar 😅
Without something (sugar) to balance out the salt from the soy sauce it would be waaay too salty. Thats why most bbq recipes always have some kind of sweet element in them
You’re right about the soy sauce. I modified with 1/2 cup soy sauce instead of 3/4 and 1 cup of beef broth w/50% less sodium instead of 3/4 cup water. It was improved and delicious!
What cut of beef is this?
Could you add broccoli to this?
Broccoli after 4 hours in a crockpot. What you smokin'? Just make a side of broccoli and mix it in with the rice and Mongolian beef.
Which part of beef should be used
I usually see people recommend flank steak.
What cut of beef was used
Recipe in description says Flank Steak
what meat and what cut of meat is this please?
Could i add baking soda to the meat for tenderizing? Or will that make it taste weird?
I think that is only useful when you're frying the meat quickly. If you're slow cooking the meat, baking soda probably isn't needed.
What is the ingredient measurement?
What cut of beef is that?
@@veronicajames920looks like flank steak
No sugar yo!
Do you think Mongols use corn starch? Hheheh nope
Looks delicious tho
Nah u should have pan fried it first deglazed the pan then put it in the slow cooker
Bad, you never use olive oil, there are no onions and instead of dark soy sauce you only use brown sugar. Looks good but not really mongolian and could use some improvements. Would still eat it though.
😋 YUM YUM
What exactly is Mongolian about this
The title. Lol
"Heathy recipes"... Then throws a cup of sugar into the pot... 😅😅😅
Olive oil 😂😂😂😂
Very tasty but not healthy 😊
Yea this ain’t healthy
I made this and got sick smh .
Looks good, but no ingredient amounts and no method. Thanks for nice optics, but useless.
Too much sugar, how come it quality a healthy meal.
How’s it a healthy recipe with that much sugar?😭
Looks good, but it is not healthy for you.
Terrible video if you want to educate. Measurements would be good
"healthy" recipes 😂
This is so bad…
