- It now emerges that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto’s government was formed at billionaire businessman Jimmy Wanjigi's palatial Muthaiga homestead. Wanjigi, whose house was raided by police officers yesterday in a siege that lasted hours claims that his home provided a meeting ground where high-level talks involving Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga were held before and after the 2013 presidential elections. The siege also provided a rare opportunity for the public to get a glimpse into the life of the mysterious businessman.
