1 packet of meatloaf seasoning
1 tbs of worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
tip I added 1 cup of chicken stock. You could get away with 1/2

As my grandmother used to say " doctor it up." I have so many fond memories of my grandmother ( mom mom) she used to make molasses candy and I remember standing next to her when she would dip a small amount into a green measuring cup and having my mouth open like a little bird and she'd drop that little glob of goo into my mouth. Sadly none of us know how she made it but EVERYONE in the neighborhood loved my mom moms molasses candy. Wish I knew how to make it
Grandma's are something special...we don't realize how limited our time will be with them. I wish I could go back and just absorb all that wisdom❤❤
That looks good...I usually make pork chops in the oven or some times the crock pot..but they look like they were well done and quick.
They were very good... they do not crisp up like in the oven. But they were very tender.
I am still learning my Instant pot I have had a few burn readings 😆but I am getting better. Dinner looked amazing.

Im going to do some canning :) I bought a whole bunch of jars on yard sale site and I just need seals. Im having a garden this year and I am planning on doing some canning for sure. :)

@@rachealgullett1352 It is... I had at garden at all my other houses. This one has been a little work on the inside to get it healthy for us to live in because of the age of the house. This will be the first spring i will be able to have one in 3 yrs and I am sooo ready. I love taking my little basket to garden each evening to see what is ready to harvest. You are so very right it is a joy! :)
