Hey, run that leak through some “concentrate” and your Minute Maid branding is complete.

It's not every day that people go to a baseball game amid 100-MPH winds and pounding rain....

there is actually a large gap between the glass and the wall so it’s not really fully enclosed. the rain being sideways and 100+ mph doesn’t help

Leak or no leak, Houston and Harris, don't fall for paying a new or MASSIVE renovation.

I expect they'll investigate... but it could be the seam between the roof shelves... If the rain comes in an odd direction it could create issues..

I wonder if this is the future for a lot of these retractable roof stadiums or the glass roof ones.

The train track extends to outside thus creating a gap in the glass. That is where the rain is coming from

My hunch is they're not going to do anything significant to retrofit Minute Maid, other than perhaps replacing items too badly damaged from last night.

I can't believe they even played that game last night, considering how bad the storms were & how bad the rain was leaking into the stadium.

Why cities should stay out of funding these things. They have to pay for the upkeep and get very little benefits from them overall.

Agree on the logos on uniforms. We have more than enough advertising in sports. This isn’t European Football or NASCAR. It makes the uniforms looks cheap and is distracting visually. They need to go.

Everything is bigger in Texas … including the rainstorms and floods.

Can the Neo-Astrodome be rebuilt for the Houston Astros next door to NRG Stadium where the Texans, Gamblers, and Roughnecks make their home games when the original Astrodome will be blown up in pieces?

You should check out the first advertisement on the Mets uniform last year. There was so much uproar that owner Steve Cohen had new ones created immediately (the size, fit, color was so bad)

The fix is simple: Return to the Astrodome. :D lol!!

The window slides from the top I think and is not connected to the bottom part around the train tracks like you can see the gaps if you’re there. And there is a bullpen in left field that’s behind a wall

Houston gets around 46 inches of rain a year. Just not much in the summer.

Tornado wasn’t much of a concern when it was designed. It’s in pretty good condition considering. This video is stupid.
