Could you provide the procedure for centering the image on the page. We seem to have issues with the image being off center and then when it's duplexed or flipped over in tray 5, they do not align properly...

Great video!
We have an issue of printing on card stock. Print 30 sheets of A3 card and the image seems to be moving and when we guillotine many of them don't line up. Maybe upto 3mm or 4mm either direction. Any idea on how to fix this problem?

when I press the start button in scanner calibration, to scan the page, the scanner cannot transfer the data and gives me the following error: 016-576.....any idea what the problem might be....?

Hi, our Docucolor 242 (which has fairly low prints) is not printing in the center. We had a technician recently fix it and it worked fine, today it is off-center again and is also printing the black color very lightly. We never changed any settings. What could be the issue and how could it be fixed?
