It doesn't really track sleep I sleep in the day and it won't track past any wakeup to go to bathroom.
It will track napping It does work a lot better than others from other know brands. The C17 was good for the the year it has come out. User it has been replace by other newer models .

@@umpatas5468 Mine still operates well just can't find a new band for it? There is company out in CA that sells this C17 with the band same thing but if the band cost more than the watch? It's better to buy another watch. C17 old been replaced by more clone Apple watches.
My watch has no AWAKE in SLEEP MODE. How to fix that ? But my WATCH is Really accurate... I just want to know what tims I wake in middle of the night.
