I really wish I had discover the FatBurningDiet9.blogspot.com a long time ago. I reduced 12 pounds in 3 weeks up to now. Obviously I exercise a couple of times a week, and also eat healthy. The actual result presented to me is fantastic. Certainly, this plan is highly recommended and I also do wish this would work to you too as it did to me.

In her “Vegan recipes that I love love love” she addresses some of her favorite meals.
Breakfast: 50 shades of green (leafy, dark green vegetables and fruits e.g. broccoli), oatmeal with blueberries, avocado toast on rice cakes, and true protein shakes (e.g. pumpkin)
Lunch: huge salads with your favourite greens (e.g. avocado, arugula, peppers)
Snacks: nuts (ashapops), green organic vegan popcorn
Dinner: veggies (e.g. vegan chilli, beans, lentil soup, roasted mushrooms, sauteed kale, steamed broccoli)
Through the day/ when you get cravings: a gallon of water (e.g. hot water with lemon)

In my case instead of giving up my love for bread and cereals, I switched to whole wheats: breads, tortillas, pasta, cereals, etc. They are nutritious, high protein and filling.

@@judielias2189 I did the keto for about a year then switched to Intermittent fasting. So I have a daily feeding window I rarely go out of. I basically skip breakfast then have either 1 or 2 meals max rest of the day and close the kitchen no later than 7 pm. This reduces insulin swings.

I started doing dairy free! Told a few ppl and only one was supportive everybody made fun of me in their “friendly” way. I realize that you can’t expect everybody to be truly supportive.

What she said about the friends hit home for me. My sister in law has always been someone to drop weight easily and when she’d visit and see my meal preps in the fridge or my workout equipment in the garage, she’d be like you don’t need to lose weight you just need to love yourself. What she never realized is that I want to get healthy BECAUSE I love myself.

If you really love yourself, you won't hang onto extra weight if you do not have to, not for vanity sake, but because your body is meant to be the temple of the Lord, and yes, slender people can have a long list of health problems as well, but extra weight would make all those problems worse than being within proper healthy range.

my health plan: workout and nutrition guide and tips
- take advice from trusted sources (doctors, nutritionists, workout experts, etc.)
- make small goals for yourself along the way to encourage you to go forward
- use Pinterest/fitness apps/etc. to find different exercises and meal/snack ideas
- get at least 8 hrs of good quality sleep every night
workout tips:
- workout gloves to prevent callouses when necessary
- try having a workout partner
- take your time, perfect form, and challenge yourself
- don’t worry about what other people are doing/look like
- have fun!
- workout 3-5 days per week, 2-4 rest days
- workout all muscles in body to be at optimal strength, and especially workout legs, shoulders, and back to achieve an ‘hourglass’ shape, if desired
- consume protein after weightlifting to maintain muscle, according to some studies
- wait an hour until after eating to do any sort of strenuous phys activity
- get heart rate up as much as possible to lose weight
1. Choose 2-3 flexibility stretches & 2-3 specific muscle prep stretches, hold for 1+ min each
2. Choose one yoga pose to work and improve on to feel more calm and central within my body (optional)
3. Choose a type of cardio for warmup 5-10 min
4. Choose 4 exercises for one/group of major body part(s) or full body strengthening exercises- legs (calves & glutes & thighs), back, shoulders, arms (biceps & triceps), stomach (abs & obliques), chest
*can be weightlifting, pilates, zumba, machines, dance, etc.
5. Choose # of reps per set (3 sets total) per exercise, or try a hiit workout
*break 30-60sec between sets
*1-9=brute strength, 10-20=endurance strength
6. Cardio (running, biking, jump roping, swimming, etc.) 20-30+ min (cardio after working muscles has been said to be more effective, but do in the order that you wish)
7. Stretch & foam roll/massage muscles 5-10+ min
nutrition tips:
- roughly 25% fat, 25% protein, 50% carbs per meals + snacks
- may be helpful to use a calorie/macro counter app to track progress (keep within a calorie/macro deficit) or think of a plate format when eating meals (half of plate in carbs, split last half for fats and proteins) or create a list of recipes that fit the proper % of each nutrient or a list of each category of nutrient and what foods go in each category or a weight loss journal, but use your own will power more than the reliance on a tracker system
- make working out and eating healthy as fun as possible and fit to what works for you
- feel mentally balanced and not restricted by calories/macros or food, this is about feeling good about you!
- as many organic and all natural products as possible, many benefits to eating organic
- eat meals made with ingredients I can pronounce
- more than half of body weight in oz of water per day
- look at what you prefer to eat over the course of a month or a few months and evaluate what vitamins you are lacking and what foods/pills you can incorporate to make your body more balanced
- eat until full and satisfied, not stuffed, must maintain a deficit in calories/macros in order to lose weight, try counting calories/macros if it is difficult to stop over eating and stop counting when you feel comfortable with what healthy portions look like
- don’t bored eat!
- drink green tea or coffee, eat spicy foods, and/or drink lots of water to boost metabolism
- reduce stress and develop healthy coping mechanisms for stress (yoga, working out, meditation, writing, art, singing, etc.) don’t rely on food when emotional
- Remind yourself that you are changing your body because you love yourself and want to make yourself feel better, not because you hate yourself. No matter what you look like on the outside and whether you think it looks good or bad and/or fat or skinny, you are not defined by your outer appearance, you are defined by the actions that you take and how you live life as a person. I encourage you to feel more fit in order to make you feel happier and healthier, not to say that being a certain size isn’t okay. Someone at a size xl can feel a thousand times better about their life than someone at a size xs and vice versa. I’m sharing my knowledge because I’m passionate about what I’ve learned and want to help people be their best selves. Research has shown that people who exercise and eat healthy are happier! So let’s be happy and healthy together!

I love SO MUCH hearing someone Keep. It. Real. about weight loss. The mindset really is where it's at. And unless you've been there, you don't fully understand. I've never related to anyone so much, let alone a celebrity. My mantra was 'to have things other people dont, you have to do what others wont' and that kept me working hard. And spilled over to everything else in my life and I became the most confident I've ever been. After having a baby, I'm trying to get back to that. And trusting the process is where it's at. ❤ this so much

Love this. I’m always trying to stay focused on my self discipline. It’s getting so much better and I feel and look different already whether it’s my skin or waking up a little earlier than normal.

Amazing! I'm currently on a diet and exercise journey and its been a little over a month and I'm still going strong. I cut out all junk food, and exercise at home for now, everyday for no more than 30 mins and im seeing results. Some days are hard and some days are better. Adrienne is right when she says if your not willing to give something up then your not ready, your not serious. Discipline, consistency and self motivation is key. Everyone can do it, its just a matter of how bad do you want to change your lifestyle.

Thank you for this! I'm 23, and I used to be really heavy when I was in high school and beforehand. But once I decided one day to stop bored eating, all the weight fell off, because that was my biggest issue. Now sometimes I'm so busy that I literally forget to eat. but that's the true struggle with ones body and habits, and being able to just go with the flow and make yourself a better you is great
I always come back to this video. Still to this day, I live by your drive, Adrienne. No one ever gives straight up advice like that. You keep it real girl!

When I started getting in my best shape, my ex stopped taking me to the gym. He didn't like the attention I was getting. He also tried to get me fat while he was lean and fit. Notice I said ex. it wasn't just that area of my life he didn't support anything I was doing creatively. Never came to any of my performances and he never traveled with me. I'm so glad i saw how he was trying to sabotage anything I was doing. He didn't want to support me on purpose because he didn't want me to feel better about myself or do better.

It was hard, many days I wanted to give up but, I had a strong 'why' and remember with everyday I continued (especially as it relates to the workout) I am building self discipline. I was just eating a balanced diet (2.2oz of carbs, 3oz of protein and 2cups of veggies)... I changed my oil to a tablespoon of Olive oil and do moderate exercise, most times I did a quick HIIT workout. I have one cheat meal per week. I stayed committed and the results came . Hope that helps.

I am watching this in 2021. Thanks for the inspiration. I lost over 40lbs in 2018 but for the wrong reasons, I was going through a financial crisis and couldn't make ends meet so there wasn't enough to eat. But as soon as things changed the weight came right back on because I wasn't exercising and was eating too many carbs. By the beginning of 2020, I had really gained but thankfully not quite to where I was before. During the lockdown which started in April 2020, I determined I wasn't going to sit around and become a blimp so I followed some fitness videos on CZcams and by August 1 when things reopened I had lost over20 lbs. I'm now on a fitness program and supplementing it with workouts on CZcams so watching your videos and similar ones suggested by CZcams is helping me to stay focused. I intend to make it a lifestyle change. I have started cutting out sugar and white flour and I'm not missing them. Thanks again.

I eat vegan most of the time. But i take a brake from that and eat egg or fish too. And then go back to vegan. Why, because if i stop eating protein meat i mess up my period cycle and i start feeling anorexiky and loose hair and get depressed. Vegan is amazing, but our health is more important.
