I find it really funny how the English league is always portrayed as the best just because there are clubs that have rich oil men behind them. I really couldn't be proud of that. so I absolutely understand what the Bayern fans are doing. The buyers of the clubs Man City, PSG, New Castle etc. are not interested in football at all. they only care about the money.

How about RM spending 50m on a 17 year old? That’s “good and honest”? All this nonsense about spending, go look at City’s net spend over the past five years compared to the biggest clubs across Europe. I know facts don’t necessarily line up with your perception.

If small clubs do things right, they have full rights to come on top and become a top club. That's exactly what sheikh mansour did. City didn't spend a lot of money in the beginning, cuz there revenues was too low and according to the FFP a club can't spend more money than the revenue that they generate. So, sheikh mansour first did all things right within a limited budget and slowly came on top and as their revenue increased, he started to spent more. It's not like he bought the club and started spoiling money here and there. When he first came in, he was on a very limited budget and he basically built the club from scratch. There is nothing wrong when a small club's incomptent owner gets replaced by a compatent owner who slowly put the club on top.

The banner the Bayern fans held up was not even provocative, a valid statement on the current status quo in football. All the clubs that were built by generations of fans are being sold to oil/investment billionaires in a dick swinging contest just to promote their own brands. Clubs who don't sell are punished as they cannot sign players for ludicrous fees, so many old European giants do not compete for trophies as well as they used to because of this.
Who cares, even if they charge 400 dollars a month to watch football or 1000 dollars for a ticket, actual football fans will gladly pay it to see world class players like Haaland, KDB and Alavarez. Just because Bayern sticks to a budget based on what they earn does not mean the entire world should do so. Bayern won the UCL in 2001 while City was in 2nd division. Look at them now with oil money. Real Football fans don't care about this. Look at Arsenal, ppl will easily pay 10,000 dollars for a ticket at the end of the season if they lift the EPL title.
