I used to carry around a giant bag with granola bars, deodorant, Bobby pins, lotion, period products, ibuprofen, and anything else I thought someone else could need, so I could whip it out of my Mary Poppins purse when the time came and make someone else's day a little easier. My ocd literally ruins my days. I am never this ecstatic to Share my “routines”, even if they’re like this, because they don’t feel good to do, and end up stressing me out to no end. Even if I do find a satisfaction my brain will find more things to add into it to make it harder, and I’m just exhausted mentally and physically by the end of it. I wish my OCD looked like a fancy organized cabinet inside a fancy laundry room .. inside a million dollar mansion, where I get to be recorded and given f about just cause. so true bestie

Yeah ocd doesn't even necessarily have to do with organization at all but rather repetition. It's uncontrollable and not just "oh I'm so clean cause I'm ocd" no, you're just clean.

I tried baskets and it gave too much of an opportunity to just throw whatever in whichever (outta sight outta mind type of thing). But, I do love an organized place/space in general😊
