Could you do an episode where you rank apples? Fuji, Honeycrisp, Cosmic crisp, Pink Lady, Sugarbee, Gala, Red Delicious, McIntosh. Braeburn. And have some criteria for judging like rate of browning, firmness, crunch/crisp, sweetness, juiciness, tartness, mealiness, robustness of flavor.
