However, since this song was created as the ending song of the animation "Joshiraku", it has never been defined as a cheering song for the reconstruction of the "Great East Japan Earthquake".
The songs released to encourage people after the Great East Japan Earthquake are "MOMOCLO no Nippon Bansai" and "Z Densetsu owarinaki kakumei". These two songs were recorded in the 1st album "Battle and Romance" and released in July 2011. "Nippon Egao Hyakkei" was announced in July 2012, a year later.
"MOMOCLO no Nippon Banzai!" And "Nippon Egao Hyakkei" both have "Nippon" in the song title. For this reason, I presume that someone who misunderstood mixed the information of the two songs and disseminated it. I've seen people from overseas write similar content before.

ホロライブの歌ってみたでこの曲知ったけど、本当に今の時代にこそこういった曲が必要よね。
仕事のストレスとかで精神が疲弊してましたが、物凄く救いになりました。色々あるけど、これからも仕事が出来ないなりに一生懸命頑張ろうと思いました。
