I had it 3 times since they came to Malaysia (twice at Petaling Street but already closed and once at Lalaport). The roast chicken with peanuts are good for me because the chicken is very tender. The two items that isn't great is the chilli and worse of all, the very important rice. There are many better ones in KL that's for sure.
Side note - they also open a branch at the food area in Dubai Mall here in UAE.

Seems that they expanded quite rapidly. You're right, the soy chicken is acceptable. I guess they forgot the whole chicken rice experience is to enjoy it with the rice and chilli.
